Consultation & Design
We walk the site, talk through how you'll use the space, and put together a design and budget.
Permitting & Site Grading
Lee's land development background handles permitting, drainage, and grading before excavation starts.
Excavation & Structural Build
Shell installation or gunite shooting, steel, plumbing rough-in, and electrical — inspected at every stage.
Decking & Finish Work
Coping, decking, hardscape, and interior finish (plaster, pebble, tile, or liner) go in.
Final Walkthrough & Orientation
We start up equipment, balance the water, and walk you through care and maintenance before we hand over the keys.
