Three Brothers Pools was started by Seth Langston, Lee Langston, and Dylan Nowert — two brothers and a brother-in-law who spent their careers on three different sides of the construction industry before deciding to build something together. The idea was simple: put service, site work, and licensed general contracting under one company, so a pool project never gets stuck waiting on the next sub to show up.
